About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To travel to every continent before I turn 30!
ABOUT ME
I have fallen in love with the Nomad lifestyle. I have been living, working and traveling all over the world for the last 8 years. Thankfully I chose a career that allows me to do so! I love meeting people in the most unexpected places, not having a plan, and focusing on the positives of every situation. I believe that life is too short to be stressing over first world problems. Oh, and my mom and I both agree that I am the worst/best influence on anyone's child. (I am amazing at encouraging people to drop what they're doing at that exact moment and book a ticket to anywhere).
PHILOSOPHY
"And in the end, it is not the years in your life that count. It is the life in your years." -Abraham Lincoln
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am still new-ish to this website but I have actually hosted many backpackers in my day. I've couch/bed/camp/floor surfed many times myself, but only through people I've met on airplanes, in taxis, on buses, through random backpacker jobs, and friends of friends. When I finally settle down somewhere and have a couch of my own, it will be open...
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have met some of the most amazing people through couchsurfing. I have a lot of friends and family who don't understand how strangers could place so much trust in each other. But when you get involved in the CS community, with others who are just as open minded as you, you don't feel like strangers at all. If I hadn't spent time with the local couchsurfers I would've missed out on that world famous burger under the train tracks, that free ping pong competition in the hidden, musty, crowded basement bar, or that unforgettable view of the city skyline...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One night my friends and I snuck out to the 18th hole on a small island we were working on. We brought a blanket, some beverages, snuggled up together, and made 17 wishes that night on every shooting star that passed over us.
