About Me

Hi! I'm adventurous, random, and a whole lot of fun!

I'm super athletic (roller derby, weight-lifting, climbing, running, kayaking, snowboarding etc etc) and ultra nature nut outdoorsy! Let's go on bacpacking adventures!

I'm creative and artsy (lets play with paint/mud/papermache and lets get messy!!)

I'm logical and sciency but also spiritual, philisophical, and a bit of a hippie.

I'm down to earth and I like to rest as hard as I play. I enjoy a good book, board games, hot yoga or a swing in a hammock on a lazy afternoon.

I'm very open. I will overshare with you. I'm super comfortable with myself and I sometimes march to the beat of my own drum in that I'm not very concerned with public perception. I'm also a super goof, love to laugh and don't take myself too seriously.

I'm into taking risks, connecting with strangers to learn their stories, experiencing new places/food etc and seizing life's opportunities!

I enjoy people who are passionate, optimistic, self-motivated, who love to learn, and who are loving and kind. I enjoy conversing with others who are radically different then I am as they challenge my worldview.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed once 5 years ago with my little sister and loved it! My sister couchsurfs regularly and always brings home interesting, worldly, fantastic people to stay at our family home!

Music, Movies, and Books

Currently reading the 10 Paradoxes Science of Zen, Indie Spirituality, You are Not as Smart as You Think You Are, Brain on Fire, Warrior Goddess- typically have 4-5 books on the go!! Lately, I've dabbled in Self-Improvement, Science, Wilderness, Spirituality, Non-Fiction Narratives, DIY, Humourous genres.

My music is also an eclectic mess of pretty much anything that moves me. From pop, folk, indie, funk, rock, rap, jazz, decades, to country. I really love to dance! Like lets polka or jive! And do some stunts :) I tend to avoid death metal just because its so loud.

Movies- ummmm. I'll go! I don't have a TV or netflix because I prefer to be outside.... I enjoy comedies, action, psychological thrillers!

Countries I’ve Visited

Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama, Thailand, United States
