ABOUT ME

I love meeting lots of different people , I try and get the best out of a situation and try to always remember that this is only once. I love reading, photography, music - especially anything with a bit of bass to it! writing, walking outside... I'm a bit addicted to coffee & fell in love with esspresso many years ago.
I love going out - nothing better than a good dance with friends! Or, I am just as happy sitting in a proper pub or a cafe with a nice cuppa (coffee).

PHILOSOPHY

To make the most of every situation; you are where you are for a reason, good or bad, and it's you who ultimately creates it. If it scares you; do it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In Paris this summer I stayed with two lovely people; it was my first experience couch surfing and, to be honest, wasn't really sure what to make of it! However, meeting these people completely changed my mind and I realised what an utterly brilliant thing it really is!

I have co-hosted two groups of people staying at my house, this was really great as well.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love so may different types of music, from the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and so on. Lots! At the moment I am ever so slightly obsessed with Chase&Status - the best d&b i have heard in so long - I love their late 80's influence. La Roux is my latest girl love...

Films...the best one I've seen recently is The Dreamers - it's fascinating!

Books, at the moment I am reading Uncle Toms Cabin - I find it quite amazing that this book had so much influence in it's time - yet is still so relevant now. Time Traveler's Wife, is fab also. A passage To India, Espadair Street, Hideous Kinky, Brick Lane, Half of a Yellow Sun is possibly my all time fave...also, I love reading guide books! Although, I don't think I'm the only person who does this.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived on a boat for a week in Ha long Bay a couple of years ago - that was amazing.
