I am 25%chinese mixed with 75 % sikh.
An insanechattynutcase that enjoys the everyday ritual of experiencing lactic acid fermentation from not absorbing enough oxygen during the fast, never ending cycle of glycolosis. During the fermentation of my skeletal muscle cells, my liver assists me in removing the excess lactic acid and either storing and converting it to glycogen, or shuttling it back to my skeletal muscles as new glucose. This is the Cori cycle and, quite frankly, I am thankful for it.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Completed my 1st 1/2 ironman at 20 yrs of age...
1 1/2 IRONMANs back to back at the age of 22 coming in 3rd and 4th in the respective races for the age-groupers...
Coming in 18th in the 100km ultra-marathon overnight in Singapore at 24y...r (being the youngest female Singaporean to complete all these feat)

HAWAII ROADTRIPPING WITH THE BFF!
Taking the pimped out red Chevy convertible just to be Paddle Boarding out with snorkels, fins. Taking a dive torch into the rough Seas- Watching the sunset & manta rays feeding in the deep dark blue waters with the BFF at Keauhou Bay, Hilo, Big Island-Hawaii.
Bashing through the forest in drunkardness at night, cladded with a rain jacket , jeans and armoured with a rum soaked body, beers in my back- pockets, finding our way to the most amazing glowing lava sights at the Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park....
Jumping off dangerous cliffs (South Point & Waimae Bay), Surfing 9ft swells, body boarding scary swells with the locals.
Swimming with 15, 12ft man eating sharks without a cage.
Naked public shower with the BFF overlooking a perfectly crimson full moon beaming out of the sea as waves crashed against the rocks at the campsite at Isaac Hale Beach Park after a 12 miles volcano hike & BBQ.

Hiking 3500metres into the clouds of Bhutan, to see a monastery that hangs on a precipitous cliff- I proclaim this should be the 8th wonder of the world- Tiger Nest .
