About Me
CURRENT MISSION
living in Brussels, trying to adjust living in my own country again :)
ABOUT ME
I'm a bit of a dreamer and really enjoy listening to other people's stories. The more people and cultures you can get to know, the better! I'm quite optimistic, love to travel and live in different places (which all started thanks to the wonders of Erasmus :) ). I'm a big horror movie buff, play violin and sing a lot and enjoy reading. Next to that, I live for the 'little moments' in life (sounds so cheesy, but I do mean it): cosy times with friends
PHILOSOPHY
I try to see the positive in people and places without being too naive. Everyone has something positive within them and it's always worthwhile to get to know that. I save up during the year when I'm working, so I can travel as much as I can. I live for traveling and meeting new people basically.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'd love to be able to meet new people in new places and if possible - if not, no problem - stay at their place so I can really 'live' the city, not just be a tourist. Next to that, I'd love to be the atypical tour guide here in Murcia and show ppl around and make them experience how I experience the city.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I mostly stayed over at friends' places around the world thanks to Erasmus. I lived in Manchester during my 3rd bachelor and met people from all over the world. Ever since, they have come over to Belgium (and loved it!) and I have travelled around to go and visit them and see how they live and what makes them the people they are.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Living in Spain was an absolutely enriching experience! I taught English for 2 years in Murcia (the south) to both kids - in mountain villages - and adults.
Making the move to Budapest - my favourite city in Europe - is another thing I'm more than proud of having done!
