I'm amazed all the time. But I really liked sailing around the sounds near the Strait of Georgia in British Columbia when it was almost completely quiet and the sun was shining and hopping from island to island on hobie cats and then at night seeing more stars than I've ever seen before and seeing packs of raccoons and stray black bears vandalizing garbage cans.
