Hello there! My name is Michika :)

Originally from Osaka, Japan. Currently live and travel in Canada!
Before I came to Canada, I lived in New Zealand for over 3 years. I love outdoor activities : trekking, mountain biking, camping, swimming, surfing.. Would love to try ski in this winter and many other activities to explore the planet!
However I also enjoy being inside to cooking (vegan), doodling, sawing, up cycling, dancing, nature craft, reading, tea, yoga, gardening...

My friend might describe me as very active, free spirit, young heart but also have a grandma vibes :D I enjoy both solitude and socialise.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have stopped using couchsurfing for last few years, as I had no capacity to host people or focused more life than travel.
Since I came to Canada, I used a similar platform to stay with nrw people (for cyclists) several time and I really enjoyed it!
Now my bike tour is finished, new chapter begin. I'd like to meet more than cyclists, excahge stories, sharing moments with new people is always magic!
