ABOUT ME

Marc and I have been together for over 9 years and married for 3. After our wedding we left Australia and moved to Calgary, Canada for work. We loved living in Calgary, (in the summer) its such a nice city, not to big and not to small. And of course its hockey team. GO FLAMES!

Currently we are making our way around as much of the world as possible in about 12 months. We left Calgary at the end of June and saw a huge amount of North America by car. In 4 months we drove 26000 km, through 2 countries, 7 provinces (Can) and 32 states (USA). It was the best road trip ever!!

We are currently living in Innsbruck, Austria for the winter months. After we leave here we will be traveling around Europe for 3 months before we head back to Australia and start being all grown up. ie house, car, kids, dog and all that stuff.

When we are traveling, we really enjoy local cultural experiences. We like to hunt out different food places and microbreweries, also
check out all the sites.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are only surfing at the moment. But once we get back to Australia we would love to re pay all the great hospitality we have been show in our travels along the way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We met a lovely couple in St. John's Newfoundland who let us crash at there house one night to give us a break from camping. They were super nice and already had some couch surfers who introduced us to this website. It is amazing to see a place through a locals eyes, you feel more like a traveler then a tourist.
