I can usually host or meet up, will depend on timing

- there is an espresso machine (espresso martinis?)
- supermarket 500m from front door
- the house has 2 spare bdrms (both with double beds) & a spare bathroom (spa, shower and toilet)
- washing machine and wifi
- central heating & A/C
- off-street parking if ya want to park a van
