We have relocated from Israel to Albuquerque in 2012. Dima is working on his PHD in Indian Philosophy at UNM and Micka is an educational director at a synaguge. We have 2 girls (Ella was born on 2014 and Maya Simran on 2015).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Micka surfed in NYC, Dallas and China, and hosted quite a few people in Jerusalem and Haifa. Together, we surfed Jay's couch in San Francisco, and hosted several times in Albuquerque. Each and every time has been a pleasure and an educational experience.

crossing the world to live and study at the US has been pretty amazing so far.

As guests: we would love to learn about a social project you're involved in/ go to a concert of a local group/ find the best place to get whatever the local food is/ take part in any religious ceremony (main sport events included)/ be invited to a family event (weddings are preferred to funerals...)/stay at home and watch a movie.

As hosts: We'd love to come explore with you and share what we know. Or can cook you an Israeli/Russian dinner and hear all about your day!
