ABOUT ME

I'm living in Paris, where I came to study in 2001.
I'm a maths teacher (but don't worry about it.) I'm a musician (pianist) too.
Je vis à Paris, où je suis monté pour mes études en 2001. Je suis prof de maths (mais ne vous inquiétez pas, je fais aussi de l'informatique théorique.) Je suis aussi pianiste.

Intereses

Music. I'm a jazz pianist and composer, very interested in anything related to improvisation. Check samarkand's web site to listen to some stuff.
Scuba diving.
I practice judo for a few years.
I enjoy reading
and watching movies
Food and cooking (why doesn't this field exists ?)
I love cooking and eating good food. I especially enjoy french (south-west, lyon), north-african, vietnamese and indian food. I'm specialized in cooking meals with sauces. I can cook something for you while I couchsurf your place or while you're couchsurfing mine, including my specials : daube, blanquette de veau aux cèpes, tajine de poulet aux dattes, panna-cotta thé/menthe/dattes...

I'm also vegetarian friendly, but my vegetarian cook book is very reduced for now, so I'll be happy if you can show me some vegetarian recipe !

Oh, and I hate brocolis and cheese. Almost all kind of cheeses. I'm very sorry about that.

movies : Peckinpah, Tim Burton, Lynch, Coppola (both), Miyazaki, Terry Gilliam... but don't try to convince me to go and see the last Holywood blockbuster (well, ok, sometimes there's one good).
