About Me

CURRENT MISSION

leave no stone unturned

ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, so I am a yinzer at heart. I also am a wanderer at heart. I love the thrill of traveling and being outside of my comfort zone. It's the quickest and most effective way to learn about different cultures and to experience our planet. I also have a huge obsession with maps. I can literally sit down with an atlas and be entertained for hours.

PHILOSOPHY

I want to see as much of the world as possible, as soon as possible. Traveling is the rawest form of living and learning. Experiencing foreign cultures is one of the most enlightening things, in my opinion.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to this. I think it's an excellent idea and the perfect way for people, that would otherwise never meet each other, to connect. I hope to get more involved in the near future!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I actually found out about this wandering around Europe. I randomly met some Danish girls and started traveling with them, and they were couch surfing. I ended up staying at a host's place with them. So, I have surfed as a third party before.
