Traveling is, if not the most, one of the things I enjoy the most. I'm always thinking on my next destination and love to take spontaneous decisions of where to go. I'm an experienced solo-traveler, but I like at the same level to travel with friends.
Sports are an important part of my life. In a weekly basis working out is important for me. I'm also a certified fitness instructor, I have taught fitness bootcamp here in The Netherlands.
I live and work in Amsterdam for the past three years.
I write a lifestyle blog, about travels and whatever inspires me.

The challenges of being a vegan while traveling and on my the day-to-day life inspires me to create new recipes, and I love showing people that you don't need to sacrifice taste -- and health -- in order to eat delicious.

Interests

I'm a runner for the past 16 years, practice yoga for about 6 years.
I enjoy very much outdoor sports, I have a high interest in practicing sports while traveling. One of my best experiences so far are: 22 Trailrun in Two Oceans Marathon in Cape Town, trekking several days in the Mountains in Bolivia, and Climbing Cotopaxi volcano in Ecuador.
