Ciziten of the World

Most recent update 07/07/2024

In brief 💼

Projects we currently dealing with behind the scenes... I firmly believe in be the change you want to see on planet earth 🌍.

1-Currently working on making menstruatal cups & pads available to the most vulnerable people in society. Ultimately we would love to see everyone have access to menstruatal products for "free" this Global 🌐 mission.

2-Making renewable sources of energy available to everyone starting with solar power systems... Only headache with this is the energy companies are so reluctant to "cooperate" 😅. Ps Germany government are on board currently trying to install as many renewable sources of energy in Dutchesland.

3-Supply clean water 💦 to everyone on planet earth... I can safely say The Spanish government have agreed 🤝 & currently in Barcelona 🦓 we started purification of sea 🌊 water into drinking water 💦... Pushing for more governments to follow this lead.

4-Afforestation plan is plant 🌿 trees at least every week in every corner of the world 🦓. A lot of red tape to Land acts globally but discussions so far are very positive... We need our trees.

5-No the production of Plastic (poison ☠) so much of this plastic products end up in our seas and poision our water tables. One of biggest challenges we face so far...

6-Cotton industry damages the environment.. Most people aren't even aware of this. Cotton requires so much water from the agricultural stage to the clothing industry and these clothes end up in Land fills all over the world. Literally hardest chapter to stop 🛑.

7-Eradication of Poverty. Most people have dreams but they have no idea how to "plan" if you fail to plan you plan to fail. Love working with best organisations... Helping people make plans to attain they dreams. Through hope

Life without creativity is unsustainable 🦓. So if you ever bump into me in your town or country these some of things we have travelled to your region to sort out 😊.

2021 Quit my job & sold everything & started travelling full time in spite of hard covid restrictions & regulations... Difficulties help one GROW & develop.

2022 manage to Conquer all of Africa 🌍 52 countries (check ☑) learnt so much about myself on this expedient. Makesure you bring a lot of water & mosquitoes nets & repellent. Do your research on all travel requirements & arrangements. Africa isn't for faint hearted. Remember to have all embassy information handy should the unthinkable happen... Remember to update your WhatsApp account every month. I fell foul to this lost my WhatsApp account I had for 10 years - had to freestyle my itinerary from that point on... Be ready to buy a sim card for every country you travel to - get access to Data & making telephone calls. Have hidden GPS tracker in your language & vehicle (Thank me later) makesure you are up to date with vaccinations Malaria Yellow fever etc & sun cream 🍨. Travel light & always have at least €100 in cash hidden on your person for unforseen emergencies... Learn the basic languages to get you through each country & always the local currency in every denominations to avoid getting taken advantage for example Taxi driver might say he doesn't have "change" 😅

2023 - Did a tour of Aisa along with teaching English in Thailand 🇹🇭 extremely beautiful..
Food is extremely cheap. You struggle to spend €5 on food per day... Do your research before hand & avoid rainy season if you can due to flooding... Most people are pretty friendly in Asia loved Singapore 🇸🇬 especially the culture & food & infrastructure was magnificent. India 🇮🇳 was extremely hot but the people & food was delicious 😋. So many hidden gems. I'm working on PDF guide for Africa Asia as we speak hopefully I will have published soon.
Gotta say the hero of dish in Asia was noddles
Noodles 🍜 feature highly in Asian cuisine & culture imagine a laksa without long slippery noodles or a spring roll without its noodle dough wrapper they are more than just an ingredient they make the meal 🍴. Varying in colour shape & thickness noodles are inexpensive easy to prepare & nutritious & are used in soups, appetisers, salads, stir fries & hotpots. Delicious noodles bring together popular specialities such as Phad Thai, Mee grob & chicken chow mein, Soba noodles & tuna sushi. Asian tradition calls for noodles 🍜 to be eaten great enthusiasm & much slurping - who can argue with tradition.🦓

2024 - Blue Zone in the Caribbean basically been trying to explore & discover most of Caribbean... Over 700 Islands in 16 territories... I would suggest you use the App Magic 🧝‍♂️ to build up your itinerary for this particular trip. People so friendly & food was scrumptious... July 2024 just finishing off the Olympics before starting on a huge solar system instalation around the EU 🇪🇺 looking forward to help create renewable energy solutions that are affordable & accessible to everyone & also improving my knowledge on climate change & renewable technologies... I will still be traveling whenever I can 100%. Can't wait to see you all. Haven't been social much since covid restrictions... Plus been living off Grid for last 3 years 😅 first time I'm coming back to civilization... My favourite mode of transport is Bicycle 🚲 so don't surprised to see roll up on my bike... I'm super chilled out. So down to earth Citizen of the world 🦓.

A list of some the most exciting and intriguing places I been been that I would recommend to you guys 😁.

NUMBER one. Paris 😁.

Why Go To Paris (why not)

The City of Light draws millions of visitors every year with its unforgettable ambiance. Of course, the divine cuisine and vast art collections deserve some of the credit as well. The gentle River Seine rambles through the city, flanked by stately museums, centuries-old churches, and blocks of Rococo- and Neoclassic-design architecture, further enhanced by cascading trees and glowing streetlamps. Peppering the Seine's cobbled walks and graceful bridges are impossibly chic Parisians, probably on their way to the market, cafe or cinema.? Magnificent Cs community spirit and amazing atmosphere and events.

NUMBER 2 would. New Zealand 😁

New Zealand's South Island brims with majestic landscapes at every turn, from dramatic mountains to fjords to glaciers. Here, you can explore Fiordland National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Area, or gaze at the starry skies at Mount John Observatory. You can also indulge your inner daredevil in Queenstown, explore two of the most accessible glaciers in the world on the west coast or sample delicious food and wine in Marlborough. No snakes and no vermous creatures.

NUMBER 3 Rome Italy 🇮🇹😁

Rome, the city of seven hills, enjoyed a mythic beginning. Romulus and Remus – twin brothers who were nursed by a she-wolf and fathered by a war god – reportedly founded the Eternal City. And although historians are a little skeptical about this epic entry into the world, most travelers are absolutely certain that there is something magical about Rome. Whether it's the mystery of nearby Vatican City or the ghosts of the Colosseum, an afternoon caffè on Piazza Navona or a piled-high plate of pasta at a trattoria, Roma is sure to enchant.

Italy's capital city, Rome is also known for a history that dates back to the eras of Octavian, Julius Caesar and Hadrian, among others. Left behind are structures like the Pantheon, the Roman Forum and dozens of churches, among other historic gems. Art enthusiasts will relish the trove of art housed at the Vatican Museums, and foodies will enjoy the splendid Italian fare, not to mention the gelato. And though its momentous past is the focus for many vacationers, Rome is also a fast-paced, modern and relevant city, with gleaming designer storefronts, sleek hotels and cutting-edge restaurants. (made an incredible friend here ❤️)

NUMBER 4 😁 Tahiti

Miles of shoreline, dozens of resorts, French cuisine to die for – Tahiti has all the makings of a honeymoon destination. But beach bums often pass over Tahiti's sands in favor of Bora Bora's ivory shores. Despite its idyllic reputation and accessibility, Tahiti is more of an off-the-beaten-path stop than a romantic getaway. However, that doesn't mean Tahiti should be ignored.

Leafy forests sit beside sandy shores, French crêpes are served alongside Tahitian poisson cru (raw fish). If there ever was a place that embodies the beautiful duality of the French Polynesian archipelago, it's Tahiti. Here, the quirky, often chaotic atmosphere of the island's capital, Papeete, rubs elbows with uncorrupted natural beauty. In fact, Tahiti – the largest of French Polynesia's 118 islands – is often referred to as two separate islands despite them being joined by a tiny land bridge. Tahiti Nui is the larger, northern section where Papeete can be found. Tahiti Iti (the smaller half) is less accessible, although many visitors make the trek here for a taste of seclusion. Just note that spending a week on either part of Tahiti will cost you quite a chunk of change. But travelers agree that the warm waters, the lush jungles and the luxurious resorts are worth the splurge.

NUMBER 5. London 😁.

The English writer Samuel Johnson famously said, "You find no man, at all intellectual, who is willing to leave London. No, Sir, when a man is tired of London, he is tired of life; for there is in London all that life can afford." More than two centuries have passed since Johnson's era, but his words still ring true. Life in London is nothing short of invigorating, and travelers find that one visit isn't enough to experience everything this two-millennia-old city has to offer.

Here, the antiquated clasps hands with the contemporary. You'll find the historic Tower of London and the avant-garde Tate Modern both considered must-sees. Shakespeare's sonnets are still being uttered by actors who don modern garb. Londoners most certainly still respect the royals, but they also jam to the likes of Arctic Monkeys and Adele. And while they still praise the power of tea, they now make room for some Starbucks here and there, and pressed juice too. A current leader in everything from politics and banking to fashion and music, London's culture compass is always attuned to what's next. Discover it all London is vibrant and exciting city 😁

NUMBER 6 😁 Maui

Maui is not nearly as large as the Big Island, nor is it as small as Lanai, as bustling as Oahu or as quiet as Kauai. For many Hawaii vacationers, Maui is just right – offering a taste of just about everything the Aloha State has to offer, from impressive wildlife to intriguing history and culture. While on a visit here, you can shimmy alongside professional hula dancers, golf along coastal fairways, snorkel alongside five different types of sea turtles or simply lounge along some of Hawaii's most notable beaches.

One of the archipelago's most popular tourism spots, Maui can be found sandwiched between the Big Island and the much tinier Molokai. Maui is divided into five distinct regions: Many travelers base themselves along the coasts of South Maui (home to the famous Wailea Beach) or West Maui, where the sands of Kaanapali Beach and the music from the Old Lahaina Luau are located. But the rest of the island should not be missed. Travel along the Road to Hana to experience East Maui's scenic coastline, explore Haleakala – the world's largest dormant volcano – in the Upcountry and explore the former tribal battlegrounds of Central Maui's Iao Valley State Park. And for a bird's-eye view of it all, reserve a spot on one of Maui's best helicopter tours. 🚁

NUMBER seven 7⃣ Bora Bora

The small island of Bora Bora (just about 6 miles long and a little more than 2 miles wide) overflows with beauty. A dormant volcano rises up at its center and fans out into lush jungle before spilling into an aquamarine lagoon. In fact, author James Michener, who wrote "Tales of the South Pacific," called Bora Bora "the most beautiful island in the world." The 18th-century British explorer James Cook even coined it as the "Pearl of the Pacific." The very definition of a tropical getaway, blissful Bora Bora abounds with luxurious resorts, sunny skies, warm waters and friendly locals.

And as you might've already guessed, the main industry on this petite island in French Polynesia and its swarm of tiny motu (islands) is tourism. To that end, you can snorkel, explore Vaitape (Bora Bora's main port), hike Mount Otemanu and more. But there's a catch: Bora Bora is expensive – very expensive. In short, visit Bora Bora for natural beauty, visit for utter relaxation and this has to be on your bucket list 😁📃 (simple)

NUMBER eight Phunket

Pure white sands, aquamarine waters and limestone cliffs await travelers who visit Thailand's southwestern island of Phuket. Surrounded by the Andaman Sea and about an hour by plane from Bangkok, this island is a little piece of paradise, which comes with a relatively low price tag for everything from its accommodations to spa treatments and boat tours. But along with its tropical appeal, Phuket beckons to travelers wanting to experience its flavorful cuisine (think: lemongrass, lime leaves, chillies) and its rich culture, heavily influenced by its reigning religion: Buddhism.

And although the island's beaches and tourism operators have bounced back from the 2004 tsunami, which hammered its western coast and tragically claimed thousands of lives, it remembers the past with memorials and a better warning system, should the area once again come under threat.

NUMBER nine 😁9⃣ Grand canyon

Grand doesn't begin to do this canyon justice. Measuring approximately 277 river miles in length, up to 18 miles in width and a mile deep, this massive chasm in northern Arizona is truly a natural wonder. For six million years, the Grand Canyon has expanded with the help of the mighty Colorado River, and for centuries, people from all over the globe have traveled to gaze out over its red and orange grandeur. Managed by the National Park Service and officially designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site, the Grand Canyon leaves its approximately 6 million visitors per year awestruck.

But if you're seeking a secluded escape to Mother Nature, you should be prepared: The Grand Canyon can be very crowded. The South Rim – home to the Grand Canyon Village and the well-worn Bright Angel Trail – is particularly popular for sightseers and hikers. It is on this side that you'll find the most amenities. For a break from the crowds, head to the North Rim. This is the place for backwoods camping and hardcore hiking.

NUMBER Ten 🔟⛺ Yosemite

One of California's most formidable natural landscapes, Yosemite National Park features nearly 1,200 square miles of sheer awe: towering waterfalls, millennia-old Sequoia trees, striking, daunting cliff faces and some of the most unique rock formations in the United States. But despite its enormous size, most of the tourist activity takes place within the 8-square-mile area of Yosemite Valley. Here you'll find the park's most famous landmarks – Half Dome and El Capitan – as well as excellent hiking trails through the natural monuments. Even inexperienced hikers can enjoy Yosemite: Guided tours and climbing lessons are available from local adventure outfitters. Just don't expect to experience it by yourself. Like so many other American tourist destinations, crowds are the biggest obstacles to an enjoyable Yosemite vacation – approximately 4 million people visit each year. But if you go at the right time (and start your day a little earlier than usual), Mother Nature's wonders will reveal themselves to you in a miraculous and serene way.
