Hello there!

I am a member of CouchSurfing since 2010 and used it extensively while travelling around the world. Now I want to give back to CouchSurfing by opening the door to young and veteran travellers alike :)

ABOUT ME

Coming from the countryside yet mostly living my pre-travelling adult life in the big city, I am open for everything. I travelled around the world non-stop for 2,5 years, had some more holidays here and there, and now I can't wait to meet people who are doing the same!

My professions are diverse, including being a Personal Trainer, Web Designer and (PADI) Divemaster. Besides travelling, my hobbies are equally a weird combination of lots of things: browsing the internet for hours, reading and drawing, photography, comics/anime/manga, ... I always find something which keeps me entertained.

Going out and party all night isn't one of my main hobbies, yet once in a while a good alternative. I prefer to sit down in a bar and drink and talk and be merry and stuff.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

While I was travelling around the world, I used CouchSurfing sometimes to it's maximum. Especially in South America, New Zealand and Australia! Without CouchSurfing, I would be poor - not only my bank account, but also my soul!

Now I want to give back some of it by opening the door to my couch :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed many couches in all over South and Central America, Mexico, the United States, New Zealand, Australia and India. I am really really glad that I met those funny and easy going hosts. It prooved that there are so many like minded people. You just have to find them and you will have a great time where ever you go!

favourite movies are Grave of the fireflies, Paprica and Red Dragon. I like to watch movies in their original language but if it's Japanese I need subtitles lol

I also love series like Game of Thrones, Suits, Breaking Bad, Hannibal or Animes (Princess Mononoke)

hiking in Torres del Paine, eating the best Empanadas ever in Punta Arenas, celebrating the Carneval in Barranquilla, diving in Taganga + Bocas del Toro + Mexico + Malaysia, road trip through the States (Route 66, including Grand Canyon, Yellow Stone NP and Las Vegas), climbing Mt. Fuji
