ABOUT ME

A- Aim- if i set any aim in my life I try to reach it no matter what stands on the way. Some will say it might be destructive but I think that if you really believe in something then all you have to do is keep going .

B- Boundaries – they don't keep other people out, they fence you in. Life is messy, that's how we're made. So you can waste your life drawing lines or you can live your life crossing them. I choose the latter one ;)

C- CS- two words which have changed the way of my life, the way of thinking and being. The adventure which made me stronger, happier, more independent, curious about the world and open for people. Thanks to CS I’ve met wonderful people, each with a bag of stories and made friendships with people all over the world.

D- Dreams- I have hundreds of them so that would be great to fulfill at least few of them. I often dream far away from today but as people say when you stop dreaming, you stop living :)

E- European Voluntary Service (EVS)- a year which totally changed my life. Being a volunteer taught me a lot. Whoever said voluntary service is a waste of time… never was a volunteer. Having decided to come here I knew that a change was gonna come. New life, new people, new obligations. However, I freakin’ like it.

F- Family- for me it’s all about family and I’m not talking just about the blood. Because it’s bigger than that. Family is about all the people that you choose to let into your life.

G- Game- Life is a big game and you need many people to play it. Usually we get a bigger chance to win games where we play with less people. But not in this one. The more people you play with, the bigger winner you become. There are many complicated rules. Sometimes you have to go back and start from the beginning, sometimes you get a bonus and life rewards you with something beautiful. That's why in my game there are many players and no matter who leads, we all win cause we are one.

H- Honesty- the best way of communication. I cannot stand people who lie and cheat on others. I am tend to be too honest from time to time thus, people who don’t like criticism or truth don’t like me.

I- Intimacy- is a four syllable word for: here is my heart and soul, please grind into hamburger, and enjoy. It's both desired, and feared. Difficult to live with, and impossible to live without. Intimacy also comes attached to the three R's... relatives, romance, and roommates. There are some things you can't escape. And other things you just don't want to know.

J- June- my favourite month because: 1st of June- international day of children, 2nd of June- International day of protecting environment, 21st first day of summer, 29th- my birthday :)

K- Kayaking- one of my favourite activites. I took part in many excursion and everytime you row the river is different so that you can enjoy it again and again. Besides there’s no better way to relax in the wild then drinking a cold beer and enjoying the sunbeams on your face.

L- Laughter- when people laugh I can’t abstain from doing it either. Positive people around make you positive.

M- Music- music is my life. People around me always say I am going to be deaf soon as I spend a lot of time with my MP3. Tell me what kind of music you listen to I will tell you what kind of person you are ;) Music can express your feelings, your mood and words you want to say. Music just makes me happy.

N- Naturalness- I admire people who can touch others' soul with their naturalness. It just shows and proves that they're amazing just the way they are. Showing weaknesses and feelings makes everyone a human being so why should one trying to hide them?

O- Optimism- life’s too short to waste it on problems and sorrows.

P- Poland- my homeland. The country I am really proud of. Things it offers are countless- a rich culture, beautiful cities, friendly people, good food, wild nature, cheap travelling. For the record, Krakow and Warsaw are not even a fraction of our heritage so try to discover more than these two cities.

Q- Questions- I like to ask many questions and I like when people have a lot of them. It means they’re curious . Smart may have the answers but stupid has all the interesting questions.

R- Responsibility- it really does suck. Unfortunately, once you get past the age of braces responsibility doesn't go away. It can't be avoided. Either someone makes us face it or we suffer the consequences. And still adulthood has it perks. I mean the beer, the sex, the no parents anywhere telling you what to do. That's, pretty damn good.

S- Spontaneity- As most of the people I like it to be a part of my life. In some situation there’s nothing better but letting yourself go with the flow. For me spontaneity doesn’t mean you are excused from responsibility and consequences it might bring. Although I do love people with a bit of crazyness.

T- Traveling- if a traveler was a full-time, paid job, I would be a workaholic then. Travelling is my passion which teaches me a lot about the world and people. It makes me being a stronger and better person. It’s the only cure for my appetite for life.

U- Unknown- the biggest mystery and adventure. Gives the sense to my life as I never know what I should expect to happen. Can be bad or good but that’s beautiful about it. Always expect unexpected.

V- Vodka- Let’s cut the crap. I’m from Poland so how can I not like vodka? Obviously I am not a heavy drinker. I try not to let alcohol take the control over me but I’m just a human being ;) If you come to my place I will introduce you to a bouquet of taste.

W- Water- This is my element. I love water in each form- ice, liquid, steam. Long shower or a bath make me relax. Although I never occupy bathrooms of my hosts :) Water makes me feel free and pure.

X- X-man 😍

Y- Your turn- I wrote a lot about myself. Everyone has a story to tell- what’s yours?

Z- Zest- when I decide to commit myself into anything I do try to make it work till the end. I do it with fun and joy so that no one has to push me. The best part comes when you that things you’ve done are good.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My adventure with CS started when I was still a young kid. In the first coupleof years I was actively using the website both as a surfer and a host. For me it was great opportuity to get to know people from all over the world and socialize with fantastic travellers from different countries. In 2010 after the website had been overtaken and changed a lotI lost my CS spirit and stopped using it until now.

In the last 6 years I grew up and my life has changed. So had my life standard. I normally stay at hotel and can easily afford my travels. So what brings me back here? Even in the nicest hotel there is a relevant part missing- the cultural exchange by meeting the locals. I have decided to reactivate my profile again and offer my place in Vienna to people who actually would like to get to know me and the wonderful city of culture. I will not accept any unpersonal requests and I am not interested in hosting people who need a couch over the night or hitchhikers who are on the way to the south and need a shower.

I would like to bring my travels on the new higher level.If I stay with you I will most likely safe a lot of money on the hotel but in return I will take you to your fav restaurant. I don't wanna see CS as a money saver anymore. I would prefer to use this money to have a great time together. In return you are welcome to stay at my place in Vienna.

If you stay at my place you will get your own room, towels, the key etc.

Interests

Things I love:
- to hang out with my friends as they're always a really important part of my life
- take my iPod and move to my world of music
- have a drink and chat for hours
- to take a long shower which cleans out my mind
- go for long walks, watch sunsets and sunrises,
- hugging ^^
- waking up my friends after hard drinking :)
- cooking- come to my place and you're gonna love my food, cooking with someone always give me so much joy

- people who hurt other people, dishonesty, lies, arrogancy, disrespect, disloyality,

Besides that I like to do sports, travelling, walking and coexisting with nature, observe people on the street, playing cards, watching movies, cooking, taking pictures

As I said music is my life. It is my way out of any situation, it is my sanctuary when I am sad and broken down but it's also my good wind when I am bright and shiny. Music reflects my feelings it gives me courage and support. I am opened for all tunes and I usually fall in love with songs not artists.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1) Green night fight with tooth paste on my pre-departure training
2) One of the most valuable things is to see a smile of grateful people you helped
3) My EVS. It was a challenge to leave your routine life for one year and go to another country by yourself. It is worthy though! :)
4) Having brought 36 people from 6 countries into one place :) amazing and priceless.
5) Feeding fish on the coral reef- all of them around me eating from my hand, I was surrounded by a rainbow of colours

I can teach you things you even never heard before. Cause each couchsurfer as a open-minded person has some skills. I'd love to share travel experience and voyages. I am interested in very spontanenous offers :] No risk no fun as they say.
