Hi! My name is Mieke and I live in a student house 5 minutes from the center of my hometown Groningen. I really enjoy meeting new people and I find it a challenge to submerge myself into different cultures and surroundings. For that reason I have lived abroad twice in my life: in England and in Spain. In the future I aim to live abroad more often. Currently I'm studying Social Work at the Hanzehogeschool, for which I have only 6 months to go. Oh yeah, my only pet is a crested gecko in a terrarium.
