Hi, my name is Mies I am 24 and live in the Netherlands! I live in Eindhoven and love my job at the thriftshop: where I am busy with cool items and exploring the social media side :) of all. I am always eager and open to learn new things regarding music, the world, other cultures, cooking and trying food but most definitely games haha (big gamefanatic). Whenever I have time and Corona and the boarders give me a chance I like to go away and explore! My next adventure is this July where I hope to see a bit more of Portugal and I am still looking for a place to stay the 12-15th of July in carvoeiro and the 17th & 18th in Lisbon!

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I like to meet new people and hear ones experiences through life! And because I think finding spots on google maps is quite different then talking to people who actually know the place. I would like to make new memories that last.

I wish I could say I am a big reader but unfortunately I am not.. do try to take a few books with my this summer because yeah traveling by myself might give me some time! And I have loved loved loved exploring more music the past year. You can always hit me up with some music suggestions I am all ears.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I am quite impulsive and uptill now it has lead me too a few amazing things:
-Living for 3,5 months with my family in Canada
-Randomly going packpacking in Asia for love
-Living and doing my minor in Lisbon
-And at the moment working at my hobby: The walhalla of thriftshopping haha
-And now going to travel by myself (for the first time, in Portugal)

What I can teach is:
My point of view on a few things (no diplomatics hell no but I think we can both learn each other some things) Also my English is quite okay, so yeah! What I would love to learn? A bit more surfing maybe? Couchsurfing haha and culture.
