About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Love my brothers and sisters, the Earth. Preserve it.
ABOUT ME
A Canadian-Venezuelan vagabonding in Europe with a British SAAB vehicle, tent and bicycle. Contact me off website to make plans: hiking, camping, travelling, beach, rivers, snowshoeing, skiing, thermal baths, sauna world. Upon an honest invitation to cook a meal together on the grill, I'd be happy to bring wine and food over.
I have a manual standard Volvo V70 imported from Switzerland to Nova Scotia and driven to British Columbia.
I have five places I call home:
Montreal, Québec
Vancouver, British Columbia
Costa de Santo André, Portugal
Bern, Switzerland
Villarrica, Chile
I am convicing
my mother to move to Portugal in the Algarve (Costa Vicentina) to run a Pousada.
I need to reinvent myself to travel and make it part of my living. Would you help?
PHILOSOPHY
I like doing things money can afford, but my life is not about money! It's rather the experience, brotherhood, love, and freedom without interfering with someone's freedom.
Have been a naturist since 2001. What I think about it? It feels GREAT to get rid of the clothes... Unfortunately, a lot of people think it's sex oriented. If you don't know me well and want to jerk off, I am not into it (Otherwise, why would you ask me for a larger version of my photo?). I am here because I am a naturist, and it's something I should enjoy more.
Some other people think naturism is something that belongs to warm weather, the summer, the beach... wrong! It's truly a lifestyle and I don't limit it! The beauty about it is that you don't have to be rich or poor to be nude. If you are truly a nudist, say hello here.

Interests
* I travel with my bicycle 80% of the time, even travel between cities with it.
* I have a keen interest in World History. Call me a nerd if you feel like it.
* I camp nude 80% of the time, either at campgrounds catered to it, or at the Radical faeries' Sanctuaries around the world.
* I develop software solutions and databases as an IT consultant. US Border Patrol asked me a few times if I ever worked, meaning why all the travel, to which I replied "Officer, i AM an IT consultant, that's what I said".
* I volunteer for events, namely: GNI gathering, Burning Man, Faerie Circles.

I bought a SAAB in England.
Then I bought a Volvo in Switzerland.
Next vehicle can be from Sweden!

Supertramp, with the difference that I didn't end up dead at the end of the movie like that poor kid did...
I survived Hungary with 40 dollars canadian. I used the Géllert baths to get cash out of my credit card every morning. Pretty good, huh? I also survived Mexico with cien dólares, or mil pesos, yes amigo! I didn't have a sombrero, but I made wonderful new amigos on my trip.
I went pretty often to California from Montreal at 300$, actually taking the bus overnight to Boston for 80$ r/t, then flying out of Boston to California and back for 220$ after tax r/t. That's what I call maximize the profit, minimize the cost... principles learnt from Operations Research at U de Montréal! But that's no longer the case with higher energy costs and all. Greyhound raised their fares way too much for anyone's pocket, so did the airlines by charging fees for everything. BUT so it seems that California is still cheap from New York Airports... quite a longer way than connecting from a bus to a plane in Boston, but it's pretty easy to get a rideshare to Boston or NYC, pretty easy to get it back to Montreal as well. And connecting to your cheap airfare is a matter of how many subway lines you've got to take...
SO to say that, after two years and some months of Greyhound and Amtrak, I think the best deal is to go on craigslist, get a ride or offer one, then fly out of Boston Logan or New York Kennedy/LGA to wherever you have to go!
Now, the surprise this year with a slowing economy: Flying out of Canada had never been so inexpensive. BUT, our federal government still thinks that air passengers are like cows to milk out all that money out of airport fees. Liberals, you lost my faith in you. You sold your souls to the Tory government! I am glad my riding went Orange (Outremont), then I was forced to move to a Bloc riding (Rosemont) urgh! Which is now and Orange riding, well...
I can go to Europe pretty inexpensive. Even with higher petrol prices... Anywhere if I had more time and resources. Switzerland was never expensive for me, even though I was a student then.
I was working as a staffer at Jewish General Hospital, about four blocks from my home. It was a very tense time ... Oh, I am glad I'm gone from there. I've got a scholarship, but I won't be wearing those funny clothes for graduation heheh.
