About Me

Hi my name is Miguel, i live in Buenos Aires. I work part time fixing ticket printers and studying Sound Engineering at the Universidad de Tres de Febrero at the west of the city. If you are near San Telmo and you want to learn a bit about the neighborhood dont hesitate and write me a message, we can later share pizza and empanadas :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would love to do new things on my next hollydays, so im joining this comunity in order to meet new people from diffent countries and cultures.

Interests

Maybe my biggest motivation to stay on this page is that I'm interested on meeting people and try to understand ways of thinking different than mine in order to learn and grow.
Second in ranking is visiting places that are not on the classic tourist tour, sharing a walk and talk with locals is always welcome because i'm always traveling alone. So if you just wanna meet up, get some tips for your trip or anything, you could send a message and we will arrange something useful for both of us.
When i travel i don't like to visit cities, mostly i enjoy watching and feeling the nature, walk/hike/cycle/kayak/etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: i like to download random music from random bands, so i have a wide taste in music, but i have to say that i started listening to music when i was pretty young with Garbage and Nine Inch Nails.
Im not a movie person, but if you see me watching something, its a thai, chinesse or japanesse movie.
About books i love to read a lot about criticism of the human being, like J. D. Salinger, J. Kennedy Toole, Hesse, Camus, and of course many others (reading ' In Stahlgewittern' was a shock actually).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travel with poeple i just met in the bus around Costa Rica.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you lots of useless things like "why the sky is blue?", why northern lights belongs to the north pole, and many other things that you don't really need to know.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Laughs, dinner and nice talks about culture in general like music, books, and technical knowledge about how things works. Also i know a bit about the history of Buenos Aires city.

Countries I’ve Visited

Costa Rica

Countries I’ve Lived In

Argentina
