Overview
About Me
Hi! my name is Miguel Angel and I'm from Guanajuato, the most catholic thing you'll ever see, but ironically i consider myself atheist. I'm a mechatronic engineer and an apprentice of sketching, literature, watercolours and photography, pretty ambitious right?
Well, I just wanna point out I'm very open minded and I'm also feminist. So if you have an issue with this I wouldn't recommend you to stay with me because I do not encourage any kind of shaming expressions.
I love books, movies and food. If you wanna get to know the Mexican heritage in these three aspects come to me!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I want to know people and diversify my point of view about how people can make a living and Because paying 100 euros per night in a hostel is beyond theft.
Interests
I love reading, specially historical novels. I find that reading is entertaining with out any cost unlike many things in life.
I like swimming, running, hiking and, if it counts as exercice, walking in cities searching for inspiration, to do what you may ask... and so do I.

Music, Movies, and Books
I once had a favorite book but not anymore. I find informative to tell you which book was so that you may get an idea of what a disturbed teenager I was, well it's "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde". These days I'm more into asian literature like Mo Yan or Yukio Mishima but as every latino I have a special place in my heart for the great writers of La América mestiza: Carlos Fuentes, Juan Rulfo, Rosario Castellanos, García Márquez, Vargas Llosa, etc.
Favorite movies... I dont watch movies regularly but I have a few favorites like the hedgehog, meet Joe Black, The silence of the Lambs, The perks of being a wallflower and more.
Music for me can only mean Trova (a kind of balade from Latin America), Adele, John Mayer, Sam Smith, Hozier, Gotye and some others.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I finished my major!!!!!!
Teach, Learn, Share
Ufff I would love to learn to draw sketches, paint with watercolours, program in all languages, learn about social studies and art.
What can I teach? Spanish, mechatronics stuff which are really cool and they mistakenly but partially true (if that make sense) is robots!! Also some people think that I have a decent knowledge of literature.
What I Can Share with Hosts

starting from August I can share my own apartment in Mexico City with plenty of room for an air mattress and two couches big enough to sleep there, a small kitchen and a grate view to the majestic Ciudad Universitaria (very close to the touristic area of Coyoacán).
