About Me
ABOUT ME
Hello. Some short ideas about me... Well, first of all, I like my life, in spite of the usual uncertainties. I work as a professor of sociology and research on urban issues and social movements, although there are many fields in which I am interested and devote a lot of my time: literature, sports, activism... Solidarity, equality and social justice are some of my main concerns not only as general purposes, but also as part of the my daily behaviour as a social and natural being.Regarding my personality, I am very curious about social and political issues, the natural and the urban environment, but also like to be quiet and read alone for hours (increasingly more trough the "screens", though I still love good and provocative books). Nothing of that is contradictory to love dancing, watch movies and attending music performances when possible.
PHILOSOPHY
Critical quietness and doubtful realism.
