ABOUT ME

I'm originally from Lisbon, Portugal, currently living in Paris.
I am a musician and play the violin.
I'm a curious person, so I'm always interested in discovering new things.
I enjoy a good conversation around a cup of coffe, tea, or beer.
I like what's different and exotic, so I'm always trying to learn what I can from other cultures: languages, arts, local customs, taste, food, etc.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live one day at a time, sometimes following a bigger project, which I periodically re-evaluate and change!

I like to:

-Chat with friends ideally around a table filled with good food and drinks!
-Play music
-Go for walks
-Read,
-Watch movies,
-Travel,
-Foreign languages,
-Anything artistic: exhibitions, concerts, theater
-Spend a day at the beach doing nothing and taking naps :)

I used to enjoy literature and philosophy, but I think I'm gonna put philosophy out of the way for a while now... for my own good!

I enjoy being with friends, cooking and sharing nice moments and having fun together.
I like to organize or to join intimate artistic evenings where people can share all they can do: sing, play, cook, paint or just perform in anyway.

Movies are a big part of my life so...

Music:
-Classic,
-Jazz,
-Indie Rock (just some very specific things)
-Legendary singers (Edith Piaf, Jacques Brel, etc.)
-Traditional music from Italy, Spain, India, China, Russia, and all other countries. I believe you can really feel a lot of things from a culture just by listening to their music.
-I'm open to any suggestions!

Books:
- J. Kerouack, A. Ginsberg, Fernando Pessoa, Pirandello, Gogol, and so on...

-Essays on Arts, Philosophy, etc.. or anything weird like Surrealism

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I sang some AC/DC with that real squeaky voice you're supposed to do, with a loud mic at a Karaoke place in Tokyo. The fact that I'd slept at a buddhist monastery just the week before may have had an influence on how logic and natural it seemed getting rid of evil spirits through my voice! Life changing experience.
Also, I had the best company ever!
