About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Meet the world and check out your city through your eyes!

ABOUT ME

Ever since I escaped from my confort zone when I was in Erasmus, I couldn't stop wanting to keep travelling :p There it was, that desire bugging me from the inside. So, ever since then I started to look forward for the next opportunity to be on the road, and on the road is where I want to be, living the life, not passing by it =D

PHILOSOPHY

I'd say I'm trying to enlarge my perspective over the world so I can understand where and how I fit better in it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm spending one year abroad in Yogyakarta as part of an exchange program and I plan to travel around as a CS surfer :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first experience on CS was precisely in the place where I'm living now, Yogyakarta. It was a great start, and now I just want to get hooked :)

Interests

Well, speaking of hobbies, I like tennis and every affiliate sport, football, poker, enjoying the summer in the beach, movies, reading, getting some good beers and enjoy the life with friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

I would say I'm that kind of person that usually devours those good tv series.
Musically speaking, I'd describe myself using that diplomatic answer, "It depends from the mood", and should I add, the occasion. So, from good house music, to a rock beat (except hard rock usually), blues, electro, jazz, and so on.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living abroad for the first time. Oh, and getting to see a Santa watching his little pocket television, siting every freakin night on the same corner of the bar I used to go in my beloved Czech Republic!
Ohh and another one, singing Jingle Bells in plain Christmas market of Budapest with 20 other internationals and get charity tips from people. That was funny too :D

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I do have some experience about international exchange, I was 6 months in Brno, Czech Republic on the Erasmus program, it was really exciting to start building my friends' network at an international level, I came back with all the international exchange learning package, and after that, I just want it to keep growing ;)

So, now it's the second time I'm living abroad, here in Indonesia. It's funny how much we can find out about ourselves when we're far away from the places we grew with and and used to!

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Cambodia, France, Hungary, Laos, Malaysia, Poland, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In
