I grew up in Europe (Croatia, Italy, Germany, Belgium) and live in the Netherlands. Now already 28 years in a co-housing communities (“centraal wonen”) and wondering why most people choose to live otherwise. So I am actively engaged in communities/ecovillages that are being set up.

When traveling, I prefer to meet locals rather than resorts. A friend of mine has very good experience both with couchsurfing and with hosting surfers.
