Overview
About Me
I'm Mihai. Hi.
If I would be to describe myself I would just stand there and tell a joke as I'm not yet sure who I am (but a lot of people told me I'm funny, so I guess I could start my list of "about me" with this)
The past year has helped with the "discovery" myself as I've been a member of AIESEC (you might have heard about it, wer'e the biggest youth organization run by youth in the world). This has allowed me to meet people from a lot of countries, and when I say a lot, I mean a lot (AIESEC is present in 126 countries).
This is why I decided to travel (and travel alone, hopefully without dieing or being kidnapped).
I've studied computer science, and now I'm trying to expand my leadership skills by trying my hands at an education project in my country (about which I'm more than excited to talk about).
I'm fluent in English to the point that I have to Google the word in my native language because the first one comes in English.
I can speak Italian beyond the "pizza, ravioli and spaghetti" vocabulary (hand gestures included).
I'm open to cooking, intelectual (or not) conversations, and exploring whatever there is to explore.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on couchsurfing because I believe that by sharing you get to understand yourself and that's how you can become a better member of the society, and what better sharing could be than by doing it with a complete stranger that shares (at least some) of your values.
Interests
I've been teaching (started with being a trainer at an IT teaching camp back in 2015) for 3 years now, and I've found great pleasure and passion in it.
Music - well, it's the sound of life, so I literally cannot go a day without listening to it.
And photography, I've been doing for almost 2 years now, I specialize in journalistic photography. You can check some of my work on my profile, or if you want, I can share my Instagram profile.

I have great stories I could share about international conferences and how I got to learn to swim (granted that's not a very good story)

I can offer my vegetable cutting skills for cooking.
