Hullo fellow CouchSurfers! If you're anything like me your name is Michael, you're quite tall, suffering from asthma, studying medicine and quite passionate about science in general. Even if you aren't anything like me, I'm sure we will get along quite nicely!

I suppose everything started when I was born, like most things. Yes, I came into this world a young, hopeful boy eager to learn more about the world around him. My childhood was normal for the most part. Sure sometimes our neighbours called the police on us but such was the way of things in Bucharest in the 90's. Good times.

After that things started slowly to pick up speed. I got into reading, playing guitar, uke and harmonica and music in general. I discovered science and that I enjoyed making people laugh a great deal and was quite good at it as well. Towards the end of high school I found out that yes, the was a universe outside video games and Star Wars so I began exploring that too.

Through a rather good deal of fortune I found myself studying medicine and enjoying it immensely. I am confident it is what I want to do as a carrer. Although for some reason for most of my life prior to that I was absolutely bent on becoming a garbage man.

So, anyway. After that I met a girl whom I quite fancied and we ended up together. So for two years now I've been imprisoned in the cell of her cuteness and sometimes painful intelligence. And now we are travelling together. Wherever the roads may take us, (that's including you, dear Reader) I am sure that stories will be the most valuable thing we will own.

Because it seems safer than other types of surfing.
