i like this site a lot because here it is amazing chance to find local friends from city or place you are going, one can find people who could accommodate you and show you the place,
I am both, host and surfer so better mail me if you are looking for couch maybe I could host you.

about my character, I'm friendly and open minded person, good in cooking, hosting, surfing and I really love traveling. People around me, they have different opinions about me because of different thoughts and mentality but most of them find me nice or good person. I really like helpful or supportive people, who are helpful in real time. I support them in same.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well it's been long time since I'm here on CS, I really like hosting people and to be hosted, It's a really good chance to meet new people, know about new cultures, life style, mentality and traditions.
When I travel alone(which I mostly do) I prefer to stay with CSer because I can know about their place better.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Most of the time I had really nice experience meeting new people and being hosted, I'm really thankful to them but i'm sharing my experience as a host, last I hosted few people at my place which was nice but not that pleasant, it looked they were looking for some free space only to stay, my last surfer was more busy spending her time with her Ipad instead of talking with me, they are not bothered to Invite their host to go together somewhere or join them. I was the one who was trying to speak with them. So sometimes meeting people like those is a bit disappointing. I'm always up for hosting and meeting friendly and open minded people who are not looking for just free space.

Teach, Learn, Share

if you are surfer and surfing some one's couch than please do not try to see what you like and do not like.
try to be more comfortable with host, be friendly with them and appreciate their invitations, as a surfer I always bring atleast something for my host, i try to talk with them, spend some time or do some activities, I like to cook if I get chance and I've done it quite few times. So always appreciate your host and just don't surf them for free couch and food.
