Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. No, that's not me. Its just a nice word ;)

Basically, I am an explorer at heart. I like to do stuff that has not been tried out before. Go to places few have seen before. Meet new people and talk to them. Learn about them. And get to know them.

PHILOSOPHY

You are what you choose to be. You do exactly what your mind tells you to do. You are responsible for anything your choices might lead you to do. So stop thinking about the meaning of life and just enjoy it like you control it completely.

And by the way, Humpty Dumpty was pushed.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed once with Caroline and David at their couch in Edinburgh. They took me and my friend to this camp in a nearby forest, where people were living in tree houses in order to protect those trees. They shared tea with us, and taught us to juggle stuff. The chats we had with them remain as some of my most memorable experiences.

Interests

I'm crazy about cars!!! And I'm even more crazy about driving them. There's nothing like speeding your car and guiding it through twists and turns, on a long drive.

I love music. I listen to a lot of songs from my collection (both Indian and Western bands), but what I prefer is making music myself. I have some idea of how to play the piano, the harmonica and the guitar. I also like to sing, but of late I have not really done much of it :)

I also like to travel to different places. Doesn't really matter where I'm going, but I like the journey that takes me there. Love to explore new places and experience new sights and sounds.

I also like dabbling in electronics as a hobby. Have been making a few projects till date, and have a reasonable knowledge of how things work.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: The Lord of the Rings: All 3 episodes, The Matrix: All 3 episodes, The Shawshank Redemption, The Dark Knight, Batman Begins, Memento, The Prestige, The Illusionist, Sin City, Pulp Fiction, Pirates of the Caribbean: All 3 episodes, Ocean's Eleven, Twelve and Thirteen, Saw 1 (hated the rest of the movies in that series but loved the first one) .... ok this list is really getting out of hand.

Books: Atlas Shrugged and The Fountainhead (my all time favorites), The Kiterunner, any Agatha Christie novel, Short stories by Saki, Lord of the Rings series, Harry Potter series, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy

Music: Iron Maiden \M/!!! Apart from that I mostly listen to Bollywood songs. Have a few favorites here and there including Metallica, GnR, Pink Floyd, RHCP, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Proud to say that I have met Lewis Hamilton when he actually dropped in at a place close to my college. And I almost got his autograph :p

Teach, Learn, Share

I am very interested in cooking, and if you know a few good recipes, you are most welcome to my place! I am also currently learning German, und ich werde gerne auf Deutsch sprechen!

I myself can teach what I know about playing the guitar and the harmonica. Anything you wish to know about cars and/or electronics, and which I know about of course, is open to you.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would be available to guide you around on weekends, and perhaps make a short trip as well.
