Overview
About Me
I come from a small town in Estonia, where generosity, connection and honesty are the core values of their close knit of community.
My mother being a kundalini yoga instructor and massage therapist has raised me to value communication, individual boundaries and spiritual alignment. The unfortunate nature of kundalini yoga being degraded by western society is often talked about within Estonia. The meditative practices of kundalini yoga allows us to reconnect with ourselves and reflect on what it is to be human.
I value fitness and health as a means of maintaining a high quality of life. The hustle and bustle of big cities often makes me feel disconnected from the people around me. This has me gravitate to smaller populated areas. I also love isolating myself into nature and just enjoying the beauty of nature’s tranquility.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
