About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To travel around the world! And live for rock'n'roll!

ABOUT ME

Hello fellow surfers and hosts!
I am Miia, from Finland!

I try my best to always keep my mind positive and to live happily, in harmony.
My friends would say I'm kind, fun to be with, trustworthy and honest person. I am also very open-minded. I can be very systematic at times, but I'm also spontanious and I love to have fun and do wacky things!
And as we Finns usually are, I am too a bit shy & quiet. But don't worry :) I'm very passionate about the things I love!

Looking forward meeting You! See ya!

P.S. Unfortunately I'm allergic to all animals!

PHILOSOPHY

"Peace, love & rock'n'roll"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new interesting people around the world.

Interests

I love rock'n'roll! Music, in general, is very close to my heart.
Nature is also very important to me. I love to travel and meet wonderful and fascinating new people. Exploring this world.

I like to draw and paint and photograph too. And I enjoy dancing.

The things I do enjoy doing are listening to some good music, great gigs, wandering in the streets, exploring cities & places, visiting abandoned places, talking, laughing, and such...

Music, Movies, and Books

Rock music, heavy metal, punk music. However, I love occasional classical music, nice jazz or blues, traditional music & instruments. There are so many beautiful musical sounds. Everything that touches my soul is good.

Old school horror movies, movie musicals, animations...

These books made a huge impression on me:
-Johnny Cash autobiography, by Johnny Cash
-The wind is my mother, by Bear Heart
-Johnny got his gun, Dalton Trumbo
-The sorrows of young Werther (Die Leiden des Jungen Werthers), Goethe

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Discovering the music. That has probably been the greatest thing that ever has happened to me.

Sometimes a genuine beautiful smile on one's face can be quite amazing thing to see.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Germany, Slovakia, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States
