Je me lance pour la première fois dans l’aventure Couchsurfing.

Je m’appelle Mika, j’ai 40 ans et je viens de Paris.

Après un parcours de 20 ans dans l’armée, j’ai choisi de me reconvertir dans le massage et le bien-être. Aujourd’hui, je dirige un atelier de massage à Paris où mon équipe d’artisans est désormais autonome.

En janvier, j’ai pris une décision importante : réaliser mon rêve de devenir semi-nomade, tout en continuant à développer mes projets de formation et de podcasts, en France comme à l’étranger.

Passionné par l’humain et la rencontre, je vois chaque journée comme une occasion de découvrir l’autre… et de me découvrir moi-même un peu plus.

J’aime profondément les animaux, la philosophie et la spiritualité, et j’apprécie les échanges sincères autour d’un bon repas partagé.

Ce serait un vrai plaisir de te rencontrer et d’échanger sur nos chemins de vie.

Et si un jour ton cœur te guide jusqu’à Paris, tu seras bien évidemment le ou la bienvenu(e) chez moi.

I’m starting my Couchsurfing adventure for the very first time.

My name is Mika, I’m 40 years old, and I’m from Paris.

After spending 20 years in the military, I chose to change my life path and move into massage and well-being. Today, I run a massage studio in Paris where my team of artisans is now fully autonomous.

In January, I made an important decision: to follow my dream of becoming semi-nomadic, while continuing to develop my training programs and podcasts, both in France and abroad.

I’m deeply passionate about human connection and meaningful encounters. For me, every day is an opportunity to meet others, and to get to know myself a little better.

I love animals, philosophy, and spirituality, and I truly enjoy heartfelt conversations, especially when shared over a good meal.
