ABOUT ME

20 years old, studying online to become a primary school teacher, whilst working in a childcare to save enough money to move to London for as long as I possibly can (Visas suck). So far I've travelled Europe alone, lived and taught English in Japan for a year, travelled to Europe alone again, and added South Korea and Guam to my list of travelled countries.

I adore adventure, food, kids and people. By far my favourite part of travelling has been the ability to just be free and meet new people. I look forward to meeting you! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have to say that so far my couch surfing experiences have taught me to trust people more often. Media and worried family would have you believe that everyone is out to get you, but that's really not true. I'm on couch surfing because my favorite part of travel is meeting new people - and unless you're up to all nights pub crawls (which I'm generally not), that's a lot easier to do when staying in someone's home as opposed to at a hostel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living and teaching in Japan for a year at age 19. I lived in a little hick town, but the people there were amazing. I'm homesick for Japan all the time!
