About Me
Hi! This is Mika. I live in Hyogo and work in Osaka at the moment.
I'm very easygoing, flexible and spontaneous person. I love drinking. (No worries, I'm not alcoholic)
I want to try everything as much as I can.
I used to live in Hamburg, Germany for a year with a work-holiday visa when I was 21 years old.
I love football. That's why I was in Germany!!! Hahah
I love traveling :) Can not live without!
I’m not really into popular tourist places or famous restaurants but it doesn't mean "I don't like sightseeing", so for me traveling is more like to meet new people.
I don't usually make plans when I'm traveling as I'm a last-minutes person.
I can sleep anytime and anywhere!:D haha
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When I was in Germany, it was very difficult to make friends there.
So I just started to use Couchsurfing to meet new people and make friends.
I love meeting new people from all over the world!:P It's always sooo much fun!
I've met so many awesome people through Couch surfing so far.
And I love studying languages. I'm always curious about it :)
So my first language is Japanese (Kansai dialect), second is gonna be English (still need more vocabulary!) and I can speak a little bit of Korean. (I can read Hangul and introduce myself in Korean but still can not count the numbers :P hahaha)
Also as I used to live in Germany for a year, I can understand German a little bit. (Almost gone though)
And now I'm studying Chinese and Spanish when I have time :-)
I can not host the people at the moment, but I would love to do in the future!

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm always up for a party, I still have much energy to stay up all night!!
I'm not particular about music. I listen to any kind of music. (Especially when I'm drunk, I don't really care :P)
It depends on the mood, like when I was into learning Chinese I listened to Chinese songs a lot, when I was into learning German I listened to German songs! Something like that.
Book: Keigo Higashino
Movie: Ladybird, CRAZY STUPID LOVE
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Working holiday in Germany for a year.
Climbing the mountain on the Christmas night in Hong Kong.
Joined Pub Crawl in Prague and I was stuck in the bathroom for 4 hours.
Free Hug in Seoul, Korea. (Want to do again in other countries. )
Hitch Hike in Taiwan: People there were so kind. I was so impressed.
Couchsurfers In Class: I visited a High school in Tainan, Taiwan. I shared my travel experiences to students. The students were so sweet. Thank you so much Dawn, for giving me such wonderful experience!!
And more :D

I can teach you Kansai-ben! (Osaka dialect)
I want to be a Japanese teacher overseas someday in the future.
I don't know much about tourists places around Kansai area, but I can take you to tasty and reasonable Izakaya (Japanese pub) ;9
And I can share my life experiences if you want to know :) Haha
