I'm a 22 year old student living in Sydney, Australia. I am currently studying to be a teacher and also nanny two beautiful girls as my part time job three times a week (I love kids!). I live in Bondi so obviously love the beach, surf and sun! I've been travelling around central america now for about 6 weeks and have another 5 weeks or so to go. Was in Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and now in Guatemala, but absolutely itching to get to Mexico. Haven't been there yet but already know I am going to fall in love with it. Looking forward to eating good, authentic mexican food, drinking ice cold beers and exploring the cultural hubs.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm very interested in meeting the locals that live in the places I am visiting and to see new cities from a local's perspective. Down to meet cool new people and to gain a greater insight into their culture through our conversations.

Favourite music: a weird mix of the oldies (Steve Wonder, Cat Stevens, Eric Clapton), reggae, anything red hot chilli peppers and psytrance.

Favourite movie: of all time... Mary Poppins or Sound of Music. Such classics and also have a major girl crush on Julie Andrews. Otherwise anything that makes me laugh hysterically.

Favourite book: Scar Tissue - Anthony Keidis' (lead singer of the red hot chilli peppers) autobiography
