I'm Mike. I am runner and healthcare data guy. I have lived most of my life within a few hours of Boston in the US, though I spent one year living in Austin, Texas, where I met Anna.

Anna is a French linguist and my amazing wife. She grew up in west Texas, and wound back up in Texas for her PhD. Anna has spent nearly 6 years living in France over the course of her life, so as one recent Swiss acquaintance noted "but, where did you learn to speak French like THIS?"

We moved to Salt Lake City, Utah in December 2016 after traveling the world for six months!

Anna and I started when we were traveling around the world in 2016. We have heard that couch surfing is an excellent way to meet locals and get to know an area better than other options, like AirBNB and hostels.
