About Me
Not sure how to summarize my story, grew up in a small town, moved to the big city (San Francisco) and became a chef, and recently moved to North San Diego County. I'm a chef and enjoy what I do. My experience is with Mexican, American, some French and Italian, and pastry. I enjoy yoga, beach days, smoothies, baseball (go Giants!!), San Francisco, food, travel and love learning languages.

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to many genres of music, from rock to punk, classical to oldies, to Spanish and French. I even listen to country.
I don't typically watch movies that often but I enjoy the Marvel Universe, comedies, drama and action. I also love movies like Office Space and Half-Baked.
I don't read books often either. Sometimes I don't have time and when I do, I fall asleep reading. I usually read cookbooks or spiritual books like Autobiography of a Yogi. Namaste
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I would say I didn't realize the impact of my mentoring people until the day we all moved on from our restaurant, working for other people now, that these people thanked me for the experience I taught them. That was humbling and made me happy.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to cook and enjoy sharing experiences of culture through food. I would also love to learn some new dishes while traveling. I would love to share my love of cooking in exchange of living like a local.
