I'm a recently retired carpenter and I just purchased a home in Flint and spend a lot of my time working on that. My 6 kids have left the nest and I have a great home to offer travelers.

Raised 6 awesome kids! I've also been self-employed most my life and benefit from a skill that is useful even as a retired old dude. Carpentry allows me to flip my house into a beautiful home and help my kids work on theirs. It also a skill that can be taught to others.
