Hey! Since I'm unsure how to write a paragraph "about me", I'll just say that I like to swing between being extremely nerdy/lazy and being adventurous. I love laying on the couch and watching TV/Movies or reading good books (lately most of which have been international history). On the adventurous side I do a fair amount of climbing (outside) and canyoneering when I can. If I had a good opportunity, I'd love to learn how to skydive, paraglide, or hanglide - and I'd especially love to meet anyone that knows.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Books - lately I've been reading a bit of history, mostly around the middle east. Fiction-wise I read a lot of scifi. Perhaps unremarkable, my favorite book of the last few years is probably The Martian

Music - Emancipator and other mellow electronic-ish music. I'm on Spotify as Michael Lester.

Movies - I watch A LOT of movies, though not nearly enough to have seen many couchsurfers favorites. I'm up for watching just about any type of movies, even those that I know I'll never want to see again. My favorite of recent years is probably... "Nightcrawler"? But that's a tough question. I'm also very excited for the upcoming "The Revenant"
