About Me

I'm a young bloke on the lookout for adventure and good vibes at any opportunity that presents itself or I find myself.

I'm both laid-back and enthusiastic, and will never shy away from good conversation while also being aware of when to sit back and simply take the moment in.

I'm all about broadening my horizons through the people I meet and experiences I have all over the world, and believe that true fulfillment comes out of peace and love with one another.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I began couchsurfing a couple of years ago with my best friend from childhood while we traveled Europe together on a gap year once we graduated from high school.

I have Couchsurfing to thank for some of the most incredible experiences I had during those travels. The unique and inspiring hosts I stayed with made discovering the areas I was in far easier and more rewarding than if I had gone in blind without the guidance of their knowledge.

Now I would like to continue to incorporate invaluable couchsurfing experiences in my further travels.

Music, Movies, and Books

Rock & Roll has the wavelengths for me. I like practically anything in the genre from its origins through to contemporary bands like Highly Suspect and Royal Blood.

Films that can be enjoyed with a group of mates and beers always make for great viewing.

On a mission to read as many classic greats as possible. Love the dystopian novels such as 1984 and Fatherland, and the whole of the Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a blast.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was lucky enough to witness the Aurora Borealis shine and flurry in the night sky on a frozen river in Finnish Lapland. It was the most extraordinary sight to behold!

Teach, Learn, Share

I have plenty of entertaining travel stories to share, along with ideas and questions that are curious to ponder.
I like to play along on the guitar while I listen to my favourite bands, so I can teach the very basics on the guitar and am always looking to learn more and improve on my musical capabilities.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm easy-going and always down for whatever. I enjoy cooking and am more than happy to make meals from my own recipes or from collaborating and trying something spontaneous. I have experience as a bartender and can whip up cocktails if they are desired (when are they not?)
