About Me

Hi you! I consider myself an open-minded person. I love helping people and caring for others. I love traveling around with my backpack, it's the thing I feel like I have to do in my life. It's my way. Life in the city simply isn't for me. For me it's traveling around with a backpack and meeting new people and their ways of life.

At the moment I'm in the south of Portugal and I've got a plan to go to Hungary next year, but as every day is new, everything is possible to change.

I have chosen for traveling without money. And so I actually live from the goodness of others. Of course whenever I can do something in return I will gladly do it. This is how I believe the world could be and this is the way I would like it to be. And therefore I follow this saying: ,,Be the change you want to see in the world."
This way of life has made things a lot more interesting and so much more beautiful. I'm really happy to share my knowledge, my skills and my stories with everybody. Also I will do whatever I can to help and care for somebody like I am being cared for.
As someone along the road said: ,,Take with one hand and give with the other''.
People are really amazing and there's one thing we can all share with one another and that's goodness from the heart.

If you're looking for a place to stay please check my sleeping arrangements and let's see what's possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couch surfing to meet new people and help others like I've been helped. Where or when I can help I will help. And to make other couch surfers have an amazing travel which is (in my opinion) mostly made by other people during the travel.

But also because (and I will be very honest) along this travel without money it's really nice to some day have a shower and wash some clothes.

Interests

I really like meeting new people and their cultures. I love learning new things and expanding my knowledge.
I would love to become a diving instructor some day.
My next mission is learning more about permaculture. So I'm looking for places where I can learn from the people in their place with the permaculture garden.
I know that I'll encounter the places that have something to teach me. My path is clear and so it will be provided.

Also I like music a lot. I play the guitar a little bit but I am always open to learn more when people can teach me.

What I'm very interested in is the creational power of the universe and the power of asking questions. You'd be surprised how much power questions have in them.
So what else is possible? how could it get better than that?
What amazing things can I experience today?

I also really like learning more about my body, what I can feel, how I can feel it and how to become one with my body and how to send the energy around my body and cultivate the energy. I'm interested in breathing techniques helping to achieve this.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
I like all kinds of music as long as they have real instruments in it. It depends on the day and my energy flow that determine my choice of music. I do love drum and bass though.
Books:
Being you, changing the world. (By Dain Heer)
The inner smile (by Mantak chia)
Multi orgasmic man (by Mantak chia)
De opluchting (by Jan Geurtz)
De verslaving voorbij (by Jan Geurtz)
Bevrijd door liefde (by Jan Geurtz)
Movies:
I don't watch any television anymore but I have seen a lot of movies. I don't have a specific favourite movie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

El camino de santiago from Málaga to Fisterra.
Living without money.
Making firetables.
Making a table of 3.5 metres long all by hand.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach you my knowledge of the languages Dutch and English and Spanish for as far as I know that one.
Also I could teach you how to work with wood making tables, sofas, doors and other things.
Also I can teach you as much of the guitar as I can play.

I would like to learn more about permaculture, macrame, playing guitar, singing, diving, climbing, your speciality of food, and your beautiful view of life.

I like sharing my knowledge and my experience of living without money. Also I can help with everything of building with wood (I love it!)
And I love talking and sharing our points of views of life, people and the world.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My help in the house. Helping to build with wood. Sharing stories. My happiness with a smile. Also I could cook for you as I love food and eating.
I could help in any other way so please just ask me and I will do my very best to help you in the way I can.
