CURRENT MISSION

I will be heading out on a 4-week photo adventure at the end of the month (Sept 25 - Oct 17).

The goal of this trip is to meet as many creatives and like-minded individuals as possible! I'm also hoping to complete the entire trip through trade - so I will be giving my hosts free photoshoots WOOOP WOOOP!

Now that could be portraits/headshots if you're a model, or maybe real estate shots if you have a business. Whatever photo needs you could possibly have; I got youuuu

Also, I have been working on my website to document my travels for the last couple years now. The site is www.GoodVybesDaily.com - It's basically a photographic journal / portfolio. The goal is to have a running list of photos showing all the places I go and all the amazing people I meet. aka YOU!

For starters, I’m a freelance photographer based in Chicago, IL, USA.

I'm probably the most laid-back person you'll ever meet (or very close to it). I really just want everyone to have a good time! Simple enough right??

I'm a big fan of the barter system, which means I'm always open to trading my photographic services for a variety of different things (tattoos, hospitality, flights, dinners, etc. ; oh and money is always nice too haha)

I used to host as often as I could, because I loved meeting new people and hearing about their travel stories. Now, I'm the one doing the traveling finally! I'm headed around the world taking photographs and hiding my art for strangers to find. (http://www.goodvybesdaily.com/)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I've had an amazing experience with couchsurfing! I've always had the best people show up when I'm hosting - and when I'm traveling, I have been lucky enough to find new and amazing friends through this website.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I saved up all of my money, sold most of my things, got rid of my apartment, sold my car, bought a camera and a one-way plane ticket, and started a photographic journey around the world!

I want to spend less, travel more, and experience as much as possible in this lifetime.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm always down for good conversation and cold beer. I'm not sure if meeting new people is a hobby, but I would definitely consider it one of my favorite things to do.

I'm a photographer, so I can take pictures for my hosts (head shots, portraits, etc.) I also love exploring and finding new photo opportunities, so I'm always down for an adventure.
