About Me
Hi. I am Mike from Hong Kong (My Chinese name is San).
I am relatively a quiet person, but could be very talkative after 'warm up' ^-^ It is nice to meet people around the world, but sometimes I also enjoy to be alone myself.
I am a sporty and adventurous person, I love nature and enjoy a lot for cycling and trekking.
I quitted my job at 2012 and started travelling around Asia, and I have started my blog, I am not a professional journalist but love to share interesting things during the trip.
http://www.facebook.com/santravelblog, or http://www.sanonlionrock.com
It is mostly in Chinese, but you can also see some photos in the page.
love travelling so much, but, well... I can't explain why... um.. maybe just because it is a way to let you feel alive.
I travelled as a backpackers in the past, but I did a round taiwan cycling trip few months ago, and I found it is so much fun. So I am going to travel around the world by cycle, so if I am going to your home, most probably I would come with my bicycle :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I joined CS since 2012 but didn't surf.
Mainly because I am not the person who like to fix my plan, most of the time I decide at the last moment.
With CS, I would have less flexibility on my trip, but for sure it is nice to stay with local people during any trip, to learn more about the place and the people.
Honestly I am not very sure what will I feel to be a guest, but why not give it a try, right?~ ^_^

I am such a forgetful person... I can never remember the name of the Music I have listened, the Movies I have watched, and Books I have read.... :-)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Trekking Independently for 20 days Annapurna Circuit in Nepal, Amazing landscape! I really love the scenery of high attitude, where the mountains has no trees or even small plants~
Teach, Learn, Share
Planed to learn paragliding in Nepal on Nov 2014, but the trip is cancelled for some reasons, it is always on my list~
What I can teach?? um... maybe Cantonese(HongKonger speaks Cantonese instead of Mandarin) and some foreigners friends told me it is the most difficult language in the world :D
