ABOUT ME
I've always been outgoing, fun-loving, and love to meet new people. I party more than most, and I'm always up for an adventure. I'm polite and considerate, and believe common courtesy goes a long way. I've been living with friends and in my pickup, and bouncing around Idaho for a couple of years now, and I'm ready to get out and see the world a little bit. I've never had the opportunity to leave the Northwest US, and want to do so now before I start developing ties and responsibilities here.
Interests
Barter fairs and music festivals are what I look forward to most every year, and I enjoy filling my calendar with as many concerts/events as I can. I'm passionate about music, any form of art, and my friends/family. I have a million little hobbies, ranging from photography, video games and information technologies, to wood-shop and carpentry. I also appreciate the value of networking and finding people that make my life more interesting

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Even though I've never had the opportunity to do much traveling, many of the things I've seen in my short travels have been noteworthy.
The single most amazing thing I've been a part of is Santa Barter Faire. There are no words to describe the magnificence and evolution of a drum circle around the bonfire. I easily lost half my day sitting cross-legged, and watching the various instruments and dancers sync together like a symphony. You begin to feel like the drum circle is a living/breathing thing, and ss participants hop in and out freely, it becomes apparent that everyone involved is just a small part of the whole.
Also found at Barter Faire, is an amazing sense of community, that I have yet to find anywhere else. Rather than rules and police/security, there is just an unspoken vow to keep in 'the barter faire spirit' and have good will towards your fellow man. No fights, no arguments, zero theft. Imagine such a place! While partaking in the festivities, I dropped my wallet without realizing. The next morning, I went to the lost and found, and they brought my wallet out without me even asking for it! (it had been turned in, and they checked the ID. they had been waiting for me to come in) but the best part was that the $300 or so dollars that I had in cash was still in the wallet, even after all the hands that it had passed through.
There are many other occurences that weekend that I would love to write about, but i feel like I would have to write a book for the context necessary to show a glimpse of what that experience was like for me.
