ABOUT ME
I consider myself to be an outgoing, pleasant and jovial person, and most people I know would agree (unless they've lied to me for years... which would be truly sad).
I like to think of myself an amalgamation of juxtaposed contradictions (fancy, right? I have a working thesaurus). I try to live everyday to the fullest while never taking anything for granted.
PHILOSOPHY
The day I stop learning is the day I die.

Interests
There aren't many things I'm not interested in, to be honest. I love literature and history, nature and ecology, and anything beautiful. I do really enjoy the outdoors and appreciating everything gorgeous in nature. I find culture to be fascinating as well; it's interesting how different they can be.
If there are three things I can talk endlessly about, they are comedy, ultimate (frisbee), and television. I'm obsessed with humour and comedy; ultimate is the only sport I've ever played well; I need to talk about television to justify the amount I watch.

Music, Movies, and Books
Of Montreal will always be one of my favourite bands. I've been listening to a lot of The Last Bison and Janelle Monae recently. There's not much music I dislike. Brave New World is my favorite work of literature. I read a lot of non-fiction related to comedy. My favorite movie would probably be either Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind or Tropic Thunder, depending on the mood I'm in when you ask (although, I was utterly charmed by The Lego Movie when I saw it).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I consider the semester I spent studying in London to be the most amazing thing I've ever done.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a professional educator. I know a little bit about a lot of things. I try to know a lot about mathematics and literature.
