I am Malaysian Chinese born and lives in Kuala Lumpur with my family. As for me, I am easy to get along with as well as love to do many types of outgoing activities and hang around many places with my friends from all around the world especially during holidays. I would love to meet many different kinds of people when i travel on holiday.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Before I join CS, I attend the Language Center for English Course where most my classmates are international people from East Asia, Africa and Middle East. So I make new friends with them and we chat together because I like to know more about their culture, habits, and food. So sometimes after class, I bring most of them to have a taste of first time local Malaysian food at my area. This is where it all begins. So I just first heard about the CS Project with the recommendation from one of my friend who is also the member of CS. I am sure with CS Project, I can get to travel and make many new friends around the world as well as have the opportunity to promote my country and create better understanding among each other race and country.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have seen the amazing beautiful coral in all beautiful islands around Peninsula Malaysia. In 2009, I have seen London Bridge and 12 Apostles at The Great Ocean Road which is very worth to visit. The amazing thing that I done so far is climb and hike Tabur Hill with my CS friends. Tabur Hill is a quartz ridge and estimated height is less than 1000 metres. The peak offers spectacular view of the dam. Sometimes its quite dangerous and struggling to climb as there are lots of sharp cliff that have to stick against before able to reach the peak.
In 2010, I also able to visit many places in United Kingdom like Stonehenge, Warwick & Windsor Castle.
In 2013, i backpacking trip on my own around Seoul and Busan in South Korea.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to try and learn new things from the people to gain the knowledge as well as learn to share the different culture and heritage among all types of people around the world. During travel, I also need to learn how to be independent and take care of myself.
