CURRENT MISSION

I and a Canadian couchsurfing friend are heading to Austria, Slovakia, Hungry and the Netherlands for three weeks this coming April. We want to experience these countries on a local level, interacting with like-minded people. Our aim is to go local.

ABOUT ME

My name is Mike Cotton and I'm a 31 year-old travel writer and veteran ski bum. Recently returned from 18 months of living and working in Canada, I am hitting the road once more, this time closer to home. Love exploring the world, hunting down the best locally brewed beers, reading, listening to music and chilling out at a gig.

PHILOSOPHY

I am alas just a surfer, I have no permanent address just a series of temporary ones. However if you're ever in British Columbia and more specifically Fernie. Look me up, I will always have a couch spare there.
