About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To keep on travelling, and meeting new people

ABOUT ME
Graduated from The Hague University, The Hague, The Netherlands
Currently working in my dream job as a flight attendant based in Bristol, UK.
I am pretty chilled, down-to-Earth guy, who is easy to get on with. I love absolutely love travelling (but I guess everyone who is on Couchsurfing does also haha).

PHILOSOPHY

"When you want something, the whole universe conspires in helping you to achieve it."

"If a problem can be solved, no need to worry about it. If a problem cannot be solved, what is the use of worrying"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Interests

I absolutely love travelling, I would happy spend all my time and money doing it. It's the one thing I think it is never a waste of time doing. It makes you a better, more open, more tolerant person.
I try to go to the gym as much as possible due to my love of food. You can't have one without the other haha. I am always up for trying weird and wonderful local specialities.
In my downtime, I love reading books, my favourite author(s) are J.K. Rowling, Paulo Coelho. Any books about travelling, I could read forever, and never get bored.
As people, I don't think we can/ should stop learning. There are always new experiences, different perspectives, and amazing stories out there for us to learn, and grow from.

Music, Movies, and Books

I do like a good bit of Eurovision, but my all time favourite artist has to be Lady Gaga

I love the Harry Potter films, Game of Thrones is currently my life right now.

Favourite book would have to be The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't think I could list just one amazing thing, there's a few for sure:

Watching the sunrise at the Tikal temple complex in Guatemala.
Personal achievement of finishing my Degree
Climbed a volcano, Nicaragua. It took four hours, but such a great experience.
I survived living in Canada when it was as cold as -45oC
Sitting in the flight deck of a plane at night, and seeing all the stars/ constellations/ shooting stars. Absolutely breathtaking.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know a bit of British Sign Language (BSL) which I think is a really cool skill so I am more than happy to share that with people. Of course, I can share stories, cultural quirks, and perhaps a local dish from my region.
