About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Stay a student for as long as possible.

ABOUT ME

I'm a student from Melbourne, Australia, studying Philosophy.

I live with two other students (Rob and Lucy) in the inner suburbs of Melbourne. We love Melbourne and congratulate anybody that is travelling here (thank your lucky stars you are not in Sydney).

We like to enjoy ourselves and have come to the conclusion that you can't really plan a fun time. For some It might mean spending a day sitting around chatting and drinking coffee, or to others going out all night and walking home as the light of day approaches. We like both.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Last year I was living in England, it was in this European context that I learnt the brillance of couch surfing. I could hardly advocate Couch Surfing (to every Australian back-packer about to jump onto a plane), without hosting others. Melbourne history tours await.

Music, Movies, and Books

Couldn't even start. Just read Orwell's 'Homage to Catalonia' if that helps.

Largely Rock and Roll.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The spontaneity of travelling is such an exceptional delight. One moment you can be casually exploring a bustling market, the next, thrust into a sweaty local bar. Solo travelling delivers the greatest potential to embrace the new and unexpected, in people, conversation, places and moments.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach:
We run a historical tour of Melbourne. Starting from the house, deep in the first suburb of Melbourne, we follow the boot worn path into the city looking at the cultural heart of Melbourne.

Countries I’ve Visited

Cyprus, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Malaysia, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
