ABOUT ME

Laid back guy who enjoys live shows and music festivals. I like to hike, bike and camp. Strong passion for film, music and design. I love sports. Football and Hockey being my favorite. I can get along with just about anybody and I'm pretty low maintenance. Just want to see more of the world. That's all.

PHILOSOPHY

Big believer in karma. I take one day at a time. Certainly don't take anything too serious. Life is just too ridiculous to not take a step back and laugh at it from time to time. And that includes laughing at yourself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm hoping to build some connections for a trip over to Europe this September. Plan to visit: Dublin, Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Swiss Alps and Split, Croatia.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A friend hosted a guy from Germany. We had a blast the whole weekend with him.

Film, Music, Design, Random Conversations, Laughing, Warm Weather, Detroit, Sports (American Football & Hockey), Still don't get the hype about soccer maybe you can teach me, Avoiding lettuce, Sneezing, Techy stuff (iPads, Computers etc), Small fluffy animals, Tornadoes/bad weather, Any weather as a matter of fact...there's none here in SoCal, jukeboxes, beer, shooting pool, hiking, biking.

Music, Movies, and Books

It feels so wrong to list only a few bands or films here. But here goes.

Music: LCD Soundsytem, Mutemath, Dr. Dre (late 80's early 90's hip hop), 80's music in general, The Beatles, Muse.

Movies: Twister (Anything Bill Paxton actually), The Sandlot, Robocop, The Little Mermaid, Shawshank. More recently Black Swan, Exit Through the Gift Shop.

Books: I need to read more...I'll admit this.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Solo backpacked Europe in 2011 for a month. Crawled out to the edge of the Cliffs of Mohr and looked straight down.

I'm pretty nifty with all aspects of Graphic Design. So photoshop, illustrator, after effects, flash, web design, cinema 4D etc.
